We are working with a Regional Housebuilder who have exciting plans for the development of their business and have a really good pipeline of work covering the next 10 years +.
They have a really, reliable supply chain, have excellent financial backing and have the freedom to operate independently.
The company Directors are vastly experienced housebuilders who will pass on their knowledge and share their experience to help you in your role.
The Role:
They are now in a position to add a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to their Commercial team due to their pipeline of work.
They have over 10 years' worth of work and need to recruit for a large development building 4 and 5 bed houses that is already on site.
This is an addition to the team due to work ramping up, you'll be working under a well-respected Commercial Director who has won many awards.
The role will be based on-site.
You:
They would like to recruit a Trainee Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 1 years experience working alongside another Quantity Surveyor.
You will be based in or be able to commute to their site in Staffordshire.
You will be IT literate and commercially aware.
