Pay Rate: Competitive

Duration: Ongoing - Long-term
You will be carrying out a variety of snagging and mastic works, ensuring plots are completed to a high standard before handover.
Role & Responsibilities:-
Carry out snagging and finishing works on new build properties

Complete mastic/sealant works to kitchens, bathrooms, and externals

Perform basic joinery, patch plastering, and touch-up painting as needed
-
Support the site manager and trades with general labouring when required

Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times

Previous experience as a Handyman on new build housing sites

Skilled in snagging, finishing, and mastic application
-
Valid CSCS card
-
Own tools and PPE
-
Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
