Site Supervisor

Multi-Room Commercial Development Location: Burton upon TrentContract: New Build Extension Start Date: Mid-NovemberDuration: 9-month projectYour new companyYou'll be joining a well-regarded contractor delivering a full turnkey build for a multi-room commercial development in Burton upon Trent. Known for their quality and reliability across hospitality and commercial sectors, this is a long-term opportunity to be part of a high-profile project from start to finish.Your new roleYou'll be supporting the delivery of a new-build extension, coordinating site activities, managing trades, overseeing deliveries, and ensuring health & safety compliance. The role involves working closely with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain programme targets and site standards.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid site experience who's ready to step into a supervisory role and take on more responsibility.What you'll need to succeedTo be considered, you must have:

• Site-level CSCS card (Green minimum)
• Fire Marshal experience
• Banksman / Traffic Marshall experience
• SSSTS or SMSTS - desirable but not essential
• First Aid - desirable but not essential
• Any additional construction-related tickets will be beneficial.
• Experience working on construction sites, ideally with timber frame builds
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A reliable and proactive attitude with leadership potential

This role is ideal for someone currently working as a banksman, ganger, or fire marshal who is looking to step up into a supervisory position. • Umbrella PAYE only - No CIS payments
• £29.00 - £33.00/hr, depending on experience
• Monday to Friday working pattern (circa 45 hours/week)
