A vibrant RIBA Chartered architectural practice is currently seeking an Architectural Technician to join their team in the Lymm office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a small, collaborative team on a diverse range of projects across the UK, including residential, commercial, education, and heritage sectors. The practice values individuals who bring strong technical skills, a solid understanding of construction, and the confidence to work independently as well as part of a team. The role may also be suitable for qualified Architects with the appropriate experience.

Daily Duties:

• Prepare and manage drawings using AutoCAD
• Assist in the design and development of architectural projects
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients
• Ensure technical accuracy and compliance with construction standards
• Contribute to project planning and problem-solving

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Good understanding of construction methods and detailing
• Confident working independently and within a team
• Qualified Architect or Architectural Technician with relevant experience
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to varied projects
