Site Manager (Property Refurbishment)

Location: Plymouth

Package: £ with company van, fuel card and various other perks.

Our client, a property services contractor in, have an opportunity for a Site Manager to join their team in Plymouth on a property refurbishment job. Works will involve re-roofing, painting and some minor M&E works.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations, including planning, coordinating trades, materials, and resources to deliver works safely, on time, and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and CDM regulations, carrying out site inductions, inspections, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Maintain quality control by inspecting works, resolving snags, and ensuring compliance with specifications and client standards.
• Liaise effectively with clients, residents, and subcontractors, providing clear communication and minimising disruption during refurbishment works.
• Monitor progress and report to project management, maintaining accurate site records, managing risks, and supporting smooth project delivery.

You will need:

• Site Management experience (ideally more than 5 years experience
• To have all relevant Site Management qualifications (SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS card)
• Experience working on property refurbishment
• To have a driving licence
