Job Title: Estate Operative - Residential Development
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Estate Operative to join a busy residential development team. You will play a key role in maintaining the estate to the highest standard, ensuring that residents and visitors enjoy a safe, clean, and well-presented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- General maintenance and upkeep of the estate grounds and communal areas
- Litter picking, waste management, and ensuring pathways and landscaped areas are tidy
- Assisting with minor repairs and reporting any major maintenance issues
- Supporting contractors and site teams as required
