This is a great opportunity for an experienced Administrator, Facilities Coordinator or Property Administrator who is organised, proactive and confident supporting day-to-day facilities operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the Facilities Manager. Assist with day-to-day facilities and property-related tasks. Coordinate contractors, appointments and site visits. Help ensure maintenance and facilities issues are followed up efficiently. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role. Senior Property Manager - Block Management Location: Oxfordshire Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5:30pm Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 plus benefits Working for an award wining managing agent, overseeing 12 developments across Oxfordshire and Gloucester. Main duties as a Senior Property Manager: Ensuring that services are carried out in accordance with lease agreements and the right budget is in place via regular site visits.
