Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of fitters, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines. - Perform all duties expected of a foreman, including planning, organizing, and delegating tasks. - Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Remain hands-on with tools, assisting the team with fitting and maintenance tasks as needed. - Monitor and maintain workshop operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. - Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to foster professional growth. - Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
