Senior Compliance Surveyor

Public sector organisation in the Staffordshire area currently require a senior compliance surveyor for an initial period of three - six months.

Purpose of the role:

• Reporting to the Programme & Facilities Manager responsible for ensuring the Council's statutory compliance across a range of asset based areas.
• Ensure that the Council remains legally compliant in areas such as
• Asbestos
• Legionella
• Gas
• Electric
• CDM
• H&S
• Fire Risks
• Working closely with housing management teams, residents and premises managers to ensure operational service delivery.

Operational management of external contractors delivering service to the Council.

3-6 months initially

£300 - £325 a day umbrella

Hybrid working, 3-2 split
