Purpose of the role: To work as part of the Building Services Team on response maintenance work and, when directed, on elements of the planned programme and capital works under the direction of the Building Service Manager. The postholder will lead and direct multi-disciplinary design teams to deliver construction, improvement and refurbishment projects from feasibility to completion.
