Repairs Administrator

2-3 months+

Penwortham, Lancashire

37 hours pw

12.75 PAYE + holiday

Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a housing association, who are recruiting for a Repairs Administrator to join their team on an initial temporary basis.

Office working is required 5 days a week.

Responsibilities of the Repairs Administrator includes:

  • Providing an administrative support function to their repairs team
  • Liaising with customers and colleagues surrounding queries over the phone and via email
  • Accurately capturing and recording all compliance data in relation to gas safety, electrical safety, asbestos and fire
  • Providing reports
  • Processing invoices and Pos
  • Providing support at meetings
