Voids Manager
Location: Tamworth (various)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing (opportunity for temp to perm)
Rate: 25 p/hour (40 hours per week)
I'm working with a major main contractor delivering voids repairs across Tamworth on behalf of a local authority.
They are seeking a Voids Manager to support their Voids team, as they are currently sat at around 40, when they are usually around 16-20.
This requires a hands-on manager/supervisor, across various sites in Tamworth.
This is a long-term opportunity with strong potential to transition from temporary to permanent for the right candidate.
Key Requirements:
- SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshal, Asbestos Awareness, CSCS
- Ability to manage multiple sites and subcontractor teams simultaneously
- Strong background dealing with local authority contracts
