Freelance Site Manager - Reading (D&B CAT B Fit-Out)

Rate: 250- 260 per day (CIS)

We're recruiting for a Freelance Site Manager to oversee a Design & Build CAT B commercial fit-out project in Reading. The project is valued at 300k and will run for 6 weeks, with the potential for ongoing work depending on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all site activities and ensure works are delivered on time and to specification.

• Oversee subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and programme adherence.

• Coordinate with the client, design team, and internal project team.

• Take full ownership of the site, driving delivery from start to completion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing D&B CAT A or CAT B commercial fit-out projects.

• Strong leadership and organisational skills.

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.

• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards throughout.
