Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter / Multi-Trade Operative to join a responsive and proactive maintenance team in Islington. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry and general building repairs across various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry and associated trade works to a high standard as directed by the Supervisor
• Work on a variety of tasks including responsive repairs, planned maintenance, void property works, and capital repair projects
• Plan and organise daily workload to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
• Respond to urgent and emergency repairs, ensuring appointments and deadlines are met
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professional conduct on-site

Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry and general multi-trade works
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
• Valid driving license (preferred but not essential)
