Our Client:
We are working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded M&E contractor delivering projects for a Tier 1 main contractor. With a solid pipeline of work secured for the next 12+ months, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to join their team on a landmark residential scheme based in Hackney.

The Role:
As the Electrical Manager, you will take ownership of the electrical delivery on-site, reporting into the Project Manager. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating electrical sub-contractors, ensuring quality standards are met, and that works are delivered in line with programme and health & safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate electrical installation works on a large residential project

• Manage and supervise electrical sub-contractors

• Monitor progress and report against programme

• Ensure works are completed to required standards and in compliance with regulations

• Liaise with other trades and attend coordination meetings

• Assist with inspections, snagging, and handover processes

• Enforce health & safety standards across the electrical works

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Manager on large-scale residential projects

• Strong knowledge of building services and M&E coordination

• Experience overseeing sub-contractors on fast-paced sites

• SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS and ideally First Aid certified

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings

• Strong communication and leadership skills
