Architectural Technician/Architectural Assistant

Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications
• Assisting with planning and building regulation applications
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Supporting project delivery across RIBA stages
• Ensuring compliance with current UK building regulations and standards

What you'll need to succeed

• A minimum of 1 year's experience in an architectural practice
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a bonus)
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work
