What you ll do:

• Take ownership of high-profile workplace design projects from concept to completion
• Develop and present powerful design narratives that win pitches and build trust
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, project directors, other designers and delivery teams to bring your concepts to life
• Champion innovation, sustainability, and the latest workplace trends
• Mentor and inspire junior designers, elevating the creative output of the studio

What you ll bring:

• A portfolio that blends creative flair with commercial awareness
• Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills you know how to own a room
• Full proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Experience working on design & build or workplace projects in a fast-paced studio
