Facade Estimator

Our client, one of the UK's leading specialist contractors in fa ade, drylining, and interior solutions, is seeking an experienced Facade Estimator to join their dynamic pre-construction team.

About the Role:
As a Facade Estimator, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of complex building envelope projects - from tender stage through to contract award. You'll prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates, assess drawings and specifications, and collaborate closely with clients, designers, and in-house delivery teams to ensure bids are both competitive and commercially sound.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for fa ade packages.
• Analyse project specifications, drawings, and technical data.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to obtain accurate pricing.
• Identify value engineering opportunities and commercial risks.
• Support the pre-construction and project teams throughout the tender process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience within facade estimating (essential).
• Strong understanding of fa ade systems (cladding, curtain walling, rainscreen, glazing, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to deadlines.
