This is an excellent opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join an industry leading property consultancy delivering a wide range of projects across the Southwest, with support for chartership and clear career progression.

This consultancy is part of a large nationwide group which provides multidisciplinary property services across the Southwest, working on projects ranging from small maintenance schemes to complex projects up to 1M. With a collaborative and supportive culture, they offer a flexible approach to work, strong training opportunities, and the chance to progress through to Senior and leadership roles.

In this role, you will work across both office and site environments, delivering projects from inception through to completion. You will be involved in specification writing, tenders, feasibility studies, contract administration, and site inspections, ensuring quality and compliance at all stages.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a building surveying role, with a strong background in project delivery and contract administration. Candidates working toward chartership will be fully supported.

The Role:

• Delivering a wide variety of projects from 500 to 1M in value.
• Writing specifications, tenders, feasibility reports, and estimates.
• Contract administration and project management.
• Planning and building control applications.
• Office and site-based, covering Devon and Somerset.
• APC support and training provided.

The Person:

• Building Surveying experience.
• Strong design, project delivery, and contract admin knowledge.
• Based within a commutable distance of Devon.
