Your Responsibilities:

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you ll be the commercial backbone of each project. Your role includes:

• Preparing and managing accurate cost estimates and budgets

• Leading procurement and tendering processes

• Managing subcontractor packages and valuations

• Monitoring project progress and controlling costs

• Producing detailed financial reports and forecasts

• Advising on contractual matters and risk mitigation

• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards

• Collaborating with project managers and site teams

• Negotiating contracts and managing variations

• Driving value engineering and cost-saving initiatives

• Mentoring junior surveyors and supporting team development

• Liaising with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
