Are you passionate about making a real difference in communities? Our client is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to join their team and play a vital role in shaping neighbourhoods across South London.
This is a hybrid role based in Waterloo, supporting the delivery of planned improvement works while ensuring that residents are informed, supported, and engaged every step of the way.
Lead resident engagement for planned maintenance and improvement works across housing estates
Organise community events, resident consultations, and feedback surveys to gather input and improve services
Act as the first point of contact for residents, providing support through decant and rehousing processes
Promote social value and foster relationships with local authorities, contractors, and other key stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams to meet shared goals and drive neighbourhood improvements
Previous experience in customer service or resident engagement roles
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong partnerships
A good understanding of social housing operations, particularly around decanting and rehousing
Organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities
A full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
