Flagship Consulting is pleased to be working with a leading international construction consultancy in their search for an experienced NEC Supervisor to join their Bristol office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a Building Surveying background to step into a specialist NEC Supervisor role, working on a range of high-profile projects across the South West and wider UK. The role will involve ensuring compliance with NEC contract requirements on live construction sites and acting as the eyes and ears of the Project Manager.

As NEC Supervisor, you ll play a key role in monitoring construction works, ensuring they are delivered in accordance with the contract, design, and specifications. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering projects across sectors including education, public buildings, commercial, and healthcare.

• Act as NEC Supervisor under NEC3/NEC4 contracts

• Monitor works on site to ensure compliance with technical specifications and drawings

• Record site activities, non-conformances, and report on progress

• Coordinate with contractors, designers, and the wider project team

• Provide technical input and advice during the construction phase

• Background in Building Surveying, with experience in contract administration and site inspections

• Strong knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 contracts (Supervisor accreditation desirable but not essential)

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and represent the client s interests on site

• Previous consultancy experience preferred
