Project Manager - Glasgow
22-Week CAT B Project 1.2m Warehouse/Industrial Unit

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a CAT B fit-out project in Glasgow. The scheme is valued at 1.2m and will run for 22 weeks, with a mix of fit-out and refurbishment elements in a live, occupied warehouse/industrial environment.

Start Date: Mid-November (interviews taking place now; earlier start possible for the right candidate)

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering CAT B projects (Design & Build background essential)
• Strong communication skills - able to manage effectively in an occupied building
• Commercially astute with the ability to manage costs
• Hands-on and proactive approach to site management
• Enhanced DBS check required (candidates must be aware)

Additional Information:

• On-site role - requires a visible and effective manager on the ground
• Direct reporting line to the Senior Project Manager
