Pre-Construction Project Manager / Planner

A leading civil engineering contractor is seeking a Pre-Construction Project Manager / Planner to lead tender planning and programming activities within the pre-construction team.

The successful candidate will work closely with estimators, bid writers, and operational teams to develop NEC4-compliant, resourced programmes and methodologies that contribute to competitive, winning bids.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in civil engineering planning, ideally within pre-construction
• Proficiency in ASTA Powerproject (Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project desirable)
• Strong understanding of NEC3/4 contracts and construction methodologies
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
