Finishing foreman

Finishing Foreman / High-End Residential Project / Property Services

• We are urgently looking for a Finishing Foreman to support on a High-End Luxury Hotel project for a reputable Property Services Contractor
• The project would be based in Bayswater (Close to London Paddington) Location is Bayswater near to Paddington
• There would be a minimum of 12-months worth of work and out client has been on site for 18-months. The position would be working outside of IR35
• The finishing foreman would be accountable for managing trades operatives on the fit out of rooms and communal areas and would be reporting into the Project Manager
• You would ideally have a Carpentry and Joinery trade background
• There would also be an expectation to manage plumbers, electricians, decorators - so good all round trade knowledge would be advantageous
• Refurbishment and fit-out experience would be essential
