Technical Coordinator

Required background: Housebuilding

Our client are a well funded SME developer operating throughout the Home Counties and East Anglia, with a strong pipeline of projects due to commence in the next 6 months. With this in mind, we are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator with either an Engineering or Architectural background to join the business and oversee a handful of projects from inception through to handover. You will be exposed to all aspects of the development process and have regular contact with other departments within the business.
