M&E Contracts Manager

Due to ongoing growth, a high-profile M&E Contractor is now in need of a top-tier M&E Contracts Manager to take ownership of major mechanical projects across London. This new role is critical to the next phase of growth, designed to empower a dedicated mechanical expert to run the entire project lifecycle.

We're looking for someone who can genuinely take a contract from winning the bid to final handover. You'll be the mechanical lead on everything from complex commercial boiler upgrades to full, multi-million-pound HVAC fit-outs.

• Project Scale: You must have experience leading the mechanical element of projects ranging from 500,000 up to 5,000,000 in value.

M&E Contracts Manager role:

• Work hand-in-hand with Directors to expand business operations and secure new clients.
• Take full responsibility for project cost procurement, budgeting, and commercial analysis.
• Develop and manage our existing project managers, staff, and external subcontract supply chains.
• Ensure all programs, deadlines, and quality standards are agreed upon and aggressively met.

M&E Contracts Manager requirements:

• An existing Senior Manager or Contracts Manager with a strong, hands-on mechanical engineering background in M&E Contracting.
• You thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and have a proven ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Minimum 3-5 years in a similar senior role.
• Qualified with a Mechanical Engineering City & Guilds or equivalent.
