Job Description
I'm looking for a Floor Layer for a contract working on tenanted Kitchen and Bathroom refurb schemes around Birmingham. This is an ongoing role paying 190- 210 a day on a self employed basis
The Floor layer will be required to screed the kitchen floor & flat lay vinyl in the bathroom and kitchens
All materials will be delivered to site
Ideally, I need a floor layer that's got their own tools and transport, and has experience working on social housing contracts previously.
In return, the floor layer will receive:
- 190- 210 a day
- weekly pay, CIS
- ongoing work (this contract is for the next two years)
