The Role
Reporting directly to the local Director, the Project Manager will take ownership of design and build projects from concept to completion. You ll lead multi-disciplinary teams, strengthen our local supply chain, and deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and commercial performance.
This role is suited to a proactive, technically capable leader who thrives in a client-facing environment and is eager to be part of an expanding business unit with tremendous growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the successful delivery of multiple turnkey design & build projects
Establish and manage project design requirements and technical solutions
Oversee commercial negotiations, contractual commitments, and cost control
Build and inspire high-performing project teams in Swindon and beyond
Develop strong client and supplier relationships to secure repeat business
Ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Provide leadership in risk management, project scheduling, and compliance
About You
We re looking for a confident and entrepreneurial leader with strong technical and commercial acumen. You ll bring the credibility and drive to inspire clients, suppliers, and colleagues alike.
Essential Requirements:
Degree in a construction-related discipline
Chartered (MCIOB or equivalent)
10+ years UK project management experience in construction (as lead PM)
Strong track record of delivering complex, high-value projects
Proficiency in MS Project and cost management tools
CSCS accreditation and experience in RAMS assessment

Commercially astute with proven negotiation skills
Strategic thinker who can spot risks and opportunities early
