Job Description
I am looking for a Plasterer to work on behalf of a local Durham based housing association.
The successful candidate will carry out all aspects of plastering work in domestic properties across the Durham and wider area.
Work will include patch plastering, full reskims, dot and dab and pebble dashing as well as liaising with tenants to ensure work is completed right first time.
The Plasterer will receive:
- 17.10 P/H PAYE
- Guaranteed long-term work
The successful candidate will be expected to complete:
- Plastering in properties to a high standard
- 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week
We are really keen in speaking to anyone who has:
- City and Guilds or NVQ in plastering
- Previous social housing/council house maintenance experience
- Driving license
