Location: Central London

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: £(Apply online only) per day

Duration: Ongoing due to the plethora of projects our clients have in Central London, also a temporary to permanent employment model is also highly achievable

Interview process: 1 stage - coffee and a chat with the Demolition Director

About our client:

Our long standing client operates in the high-end UK construction market and is able to deliver projects of great complexity and scale. It is an engineer-led and multi-disciplinary contractor with specialist design capability, described more commonly in the Industry as a construction specialist .

Their spearhead specialist services include demolition, piling, structures, joinery and carpentry. These services are supported by in-house plant, haulage and post tensioning divisions.

Demolition Site Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervising and coordinating demolition activities on-site, ensuring work is carried out safely and in accordance with regulation.

Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of demolition operatives, ensuring they adhere to best practices and site-specific guidelines.

Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with approved RAMS and updating them as needed.

Identifying potential hazards and ensuring appropriate control measures are in place.

Implementing and maintaining high standards of health and safety on-site.

Demolition Site Manager Requirements:

CCDDO Qualifications and SMSTS

Must have Demolition project experience

Strong site presence and hands-on leadership style

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
