20 + CIS & Van and fuel card
Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working with a social housing provider in Manchester who is looking for a Multi Skilled Decorator, to join their team on an initial temporary basis.
Responsibilities of the Multi Skilled Decorator includes:
- Working on void and tenanted social housing properties
- Carrying out all aspects of internal painting and decorating work
- Completing mould washes of walls
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety procedures
Requirements of the Multi Skilled Decorator include:
- Full UK Driving License
- NVQ Level 3
- Damp & Mould experience
