With a turnover of c£20m, they specialise in delivering high-quality new build and refurbishment projects up to £5m across diverse sectors, including industrial and commercial

The successful candidate will play a vital role in preparing accurate and competitive tenders, analysing project specifications, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

They should possess a strong understanding of main contracting processes and have a proven track record of pricing projects into the millions, demonstrating both technical expertise and commercial acumen.

The ideal candidate will have;

• Experience as an Estimator within a main contractor environment
• Proven ability to price projects up to several million pounds across various sectors
• Strong understanding of construction costs, subcontractor negotiations, and procurement practices
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple tender submissions simultaneously
• A relevant qualification in construction
