Sellick Partnership Ltd are assisting a well-established housing association with the recruitment of a Bricklayer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Duties of the Bricklayer role will include, but is not limited to:

• To undertake bricklaying/general roofing work across the range of properties that are maintained and managed by the client
• To ensure that all aspects of any repairs carried out meet the strict requirement of the client with regards to quality
• To use mobile hand-held technology to manage workload and daily timesheets
• To carry out concrete repairs to paths and steps-to include breaking up and renewing footpaths and steps up to 20metres long
• To carry out plastering repairs - to include patch and full wall - ceiling plastering
• To carry out wall tiling - to include areas both under and over a square metre

The successful Bricklaying candidate will have:

• Significant Bricklaying experience
• Driving licence - Full UK
• NVQ / City & Guilds; or equivalent experience as a time served Bricklayer
