Senior Environmental and Sustainability Advisor

We're partnered with a specialist civil engineering and infrastructure company who are on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Environment & Sustainability Advisor to lead the charge in embedding sustainability into everything they do.

What You ll Be Doing:

• Championing Sustainability Lead environmental initiatives across projects, from carbon reduction to green procurement.
• Driving Compliance Ensure our sites meet environmental legislation through inspections, coaching, and collaboration.
• Engaging Stakeholders Liaise with regulators, clients, and subcontractors to keep sustainability front and centre.
• Educating & Inspiring Deliver impactful training and campaigns that energise teams around sustainability goals.
• Tracking Impact Monitor and report on environmental KPIs to measure progress and drive improvements.

What You ll Bring:

• Expertise & Experience Environmental management or sustainability experience, ideally in construction.
• Technical Know-How A relevant degree, strong data skills, and a solid grasp of Net Zero principles.
• Confidence & Communication Able to present with clarity and handle site challenges with professionalism.
• Passion for the Planet A genuine commitment to environmental protection and continuous learning.
