The successful candidate will act as the quality lead across multiple projects, working closely with operational teams to drive quality performance, embed a Right First Time culture and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Providing visible quality leadership across live construction projects. Driving Right First Time outcomes and promoting continuous improvement. Undertaking audits, inspections and quality reviews. Supporting the development and implementation of Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Managing non-conformances and corrective actions through to close-out. Analysing quality performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement. Supporting operational teams in achieving quality objectives and contractual requirements. Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and company management systems. Working closely with project managers, engineers and supply chain partners to enhance quality performance. About You: Proven experience within a Quality Advisor, Senior Quality Advisor, Quality Engineer or similar role. Experience supporting construction, infrastructure, utilities or Water project environments. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems. Experience conducting audits, inspections and quality reviews. Ability to influence and engage effectively with project delivery teams. Strong root cause analysis and corrective action management experience. Full UK Driving Licence. 12-Month Fixed Term Contract UK Wide / Hybrid Working Up to 69,000 + 6,000 Car Allowance + Benefits We're supporting a leading UK construction, property services and infrastructure organisation in the search for a Group Senior Internal Auditor to join their Group Assurance function on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver operational and project-based internal audits across the organisation Conduct reviews covering commercial, financial, contractual and project delivery controls Assess project governance, programme management, subcontractor management and quality processes Identify risks, control weaknesses and opportunities for improvement Produce clear, concise and commercially focused audit reports Present findings and recommendations to project teams and senior stakeholders Contribute to the ongoing development of the internal audit and assurance function Support the implementation of a new enterprise-wide GRC platform Experience: Experience auditing or assuring major construction, infrastructure or capital projects Strong understanding of project controls and project delivery environments Knowledge of commercial management, subcontractor controls and project governance Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and project leadership teams Professional qualifications such as IIA, CIOB, RICS or equivalent - Desireable The role offers flexibility on location, with access to offices in the South East and London. Senior Health And Safety Manager - Building Safety & Fire Location: London Salary: £70,000 + Benefits We're looking for an experienced Senior Building Safety & Fire Manager to lead building safety and fire compliance across a complex portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties. Key Responsibilities Lead building safety and fire compliance activities across the portfolio. Ensure compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022, Fire Safety Order and related legislation. Manage fire risk assessments and oversee completion of remedial actions. Support Safety Case Reports and maintenance of Golden Thread information. Liaise with regulators, Fire & Rescue Services and other key stakeholders. Provide expert advice on building safety, fire safety and emerging legislation. Produce compliance reports and support a strong organisational safety culture. About You Proven experience in building safety, fire safety or compliance management.
