Senior Quantity Surveyor - up to 85K - Oxford (Centrally based, subsidised parking)

My client are an established Main Contractor who work within the sectors of Student Accommodation, Residential, Care & Retirement Living delivering exceptional new build properties for their clients.

Currently they are looking to recruit a Senior level Quantity Surveyor to work on site in Oxford.

The role in Oxford is a 20m new build 189 bed Student Accommodation. You will work alongside a site team delivering the commercial functions for the project.

Candidates are invited to apply who have UK construction project experience within Residential or Multi-Room properties and able to manage the full commercial functions on multi-million pound projects.
