We are currently looking for an experienced Plumber Multi-Trade Operative to carry out reactive maintenance in occupied social housing properties across Croydon.

Role Overview:
Day-to-day plumbing repairs including leaks, pipework, toilets, taps
Minor multi-trade tasks: patch plastering, tiling, silicone work, basic carpentry
Responsive repairs in occupied properties
Problem-solving and first-time fixes where possible
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent (preferred)
Experience in social housing/domestic maintenance
Basic multi-trade skills
Full UK driving licence
Own hand tools
Location: Croydon
Start Date: Immediate
