We are currently working with a leading residential developer looking to appoint a Technical Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the technical delivery of residential schemes, supporting projects from land acquisition through to completion. Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage consultant design teams including architects, engineers, and external specialists Review and manage technical drawings, specifications, and design information Ensure designs comply with Building Regulations, NHBC standards, and planning conditions Support the progression of developments through planning, approvals, and technical stages Liaise with internal departments including land, planning, construction, and commercial teams Assist with site queries and technical issues during construction Monitor programme deadlines and ensure timely delivery of information Support value engineering and cost-effective design solutions Requirements: Experience in a Technical Coordinator or similar role within a housebuilder or residential developer Strong understanding of residential construction and technical design Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and NHBC standards Experience coordinating external consultants and design teams Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit beneficial) Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines How to Apply: If you re a Technical Coordinator considering your next move, or would like a confidential discussion, please apply or contact Darren Marsden for more information.
