Job Description
Multi Skilled Plasterer required to work with a leading Housing Association to carry out reactive and planned repairs in the Birmingham and surrounding area.
My client requires an experienced, professional and hard-working plasterer to carry out repairs on domestic social housing properties across the Birmingham region.
Work will include skimming, patch plastering, basic plumbing and carpentry, touch up painting etc
Start date: ASAP
Location: Birmingham and surrounding area
Hours: 40 per week
Pay rate: 18- 19ph with van supplied.
Duration: Temp to perm
Requirements:
Minimum NVQ L2 or City & Guilds in Plastering or other relevant trade (time served may be considered)
Previous plastering experience
Experience of working in Social Housing, housing association or council role
Full driving Licence
Able to drive company Van
