The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll become part of a dynamic and close-knit Brighton team, currently 4 strong, with exciting plans to double in size over the next year.

You'll be involved in a wide variety of sectors including:

• Commercial
• Education
• Healthcare
• Heritage
• Hospitality
• Residential
• Retail

Projects range from 1m to 100m, offering valuable experience on both smaller developments and major schemes.

With mentorship from Chartered professionals and a structured RICS APC programme, you'll gain the practical experience and guidance needed to progress your career confidently.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• A RICS-accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
• 1+ years of UK Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
• A valid UK driving licence
• Local to Brighton or willing to relocate
• Eager to contribute to a small and busy team
