Project Manager (RcFrame & Basement)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a 5 story reinforced concrete frame + basement.
The suitable candidate will have direct experience within a similar role working for an rcframe sub-contractor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day site operations and coordinate all phases of construction.

• Oversee subcontractors, site personnel, and ensure timely project delivery.

• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental requirements are met.

• Track progress against programme and report to senior management.

• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with all building regulations.

Requirements:

• Strong subcontractor background with experience managing similar projects (Frames, basements, etc)

• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and construction sequencing.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and subcontractors effectively.
