Contract/Project Manager

We re recruiting for a Senior Contract/Project Manager to join a growing construction business delivering high-quality projects across Civil Engineering, Retail Fuel & EV Infrastructure and Petrol Station & Roadside Construction.

You'll oversee full project lifecycles, from pre-construction planning through to final handover. Ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is a key leadership role managing site teams, subcontractors, and client relationships, while driving programme performance and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage work programmes, budgets, and resources

• Ensure site delivery meets safety and quality standards

• Lead change control, handover, and close-out processes

• Work closely with commercial teams on cost control and valuations

• Manage and mentor contract/site teams

What You ll Need:

• 5 7 years in a Contracts or Project Management role within Civil Engineering

• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and site operations

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Degree in Construction Management or related field

• Full UK driving licence
