Freelance Site Manager Industrial Project (4 Months)

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the delivery of an industrial project. This is a 4-month contract, starting immediately, with the opportunity to work with a reputable contractor on a fast-paced, high-spec build.

Location: Coventry

Duration: 4 months (with potential for extension)
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: £250-£300 a day

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met

• Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site workforce

• Liaise with clients, engineers, and suppliers

• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing industrial or warehouse construction projects

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White Card), and First Aid certified

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage fast-track programmes
