Your new role

• Assist in cost management and financial control of projects
• Prepare accurate valuations, cost reports, and subcontractor payments
• Support in procurement and tendering processes
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure budget adherence
• Work closely with the Quantity Surveying team, site management, and clients

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (Or currently studying towards)
• Previous experience in a similar role within a contractor environment
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to work well within a team and manage workload effectively
• Knowledge of standard forms of contract and construction processes
