Job Title: Plasterer - Social Housing (Van & Fuel Card Provided)
Location: Slough, Bracknell & Reading
Rate: 18.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently recruiting experienced Plasterer operatives for a busy social housing repairs and maintenance contract with Home Group. These roles are based across Slough, Bracknell & Reading, with multiple positions available.
Key Information:
Position: Plasterer
Rate: 18.00 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Start: ASAP
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Perks: Van and fuel card provided
Duties Include:
Carrying out day-to-day plastering repairs and maintenance across tenanted and void social housing properties
Completing responsive and planned plastering works (including skimming, patch repairs, rendering, and boarding)
Working in occupied and unoccupied properties, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Ensuring all work meets health & safety and quality standards
Liaising with tenants and supervisors to complete jobs efficiently
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Plasterer, ideally within a social housing or domestic maintenance environment
Competent in all aspects of plastering, including skimming, float & set, dot & dab, and patch repairs
Full UK driving licence
Own basic hand tools (materials and larger tools provided)
