Site Manager - Civils - Swadlincote

MadiganGill are currently looking for a Civils Site Manager, for a long-term housing project based in Swadlincote, Derbyshire.

Candidates will need to have proven experience in civils on residential developments as works include drainage/sewers.

Will also be expected to fully compliant in H&S and admin along with being able to work with the existing team & contractors.

This role is to start at the beginning of August with a time frame of 18 months.

Rates for the role are completely negotiable depending on experience. Will be expected to live within a 30-mile radius of the project.

As a Civils Site Manager, you must have:

• Valid CSCS Card & SMSTS/SSSTS
• First Aid
• Experience working on civils residential projects
• Strong communication & technical skills
• Good planning and organisation skills key for this project
• Ability to lead teams
