If you're a skilled tradesperson with a passion for improving homes and helping customers live safely and comfortably, this could be the perfect role for you. About the roles In these roles, you will take a flexible approach to meet customer needs, ensuring clear and effective communication at all times to provide an excellent service experience. You will take full responsibility for diagnosing and completing repairs to the highest standard, aiming to resolve issues on the first visit wherever possible. Working closely with schedulers, you will ensure all actions are communicated and completed efficiently, while focusing on delivering sustainable repairs that prevent repeat issues. You will also carry out void works to the required standards, ensuring properties are ready for occupation. The Multi Skilled Tradesperson (Damp & Mould) role will have a particular focus on identifying, treating and preventing damp and mould within customers' homes. Working as part of our customer-focused repairs service, you will help ensure compliance with Awaab's Law and other regulatory requirements, carrying out damp and mould treatments and associated repairs whilst supporting customers throughout the process. About you You will have proven experience and skills of working as a multi-skilled tradesperson across multiple trade areas, along with demonstrable experience in a base trade of Plumbing or Carpentry. You will need to have a working knowledge of health and safety and the ability to use, or learn, mobile software. An NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or Carpentry, or equivalent qualification, would be desirable. Applicants must hold a current valid driving licence.
