What You'll Be Doing Working closely with experienced Project Managers, site teams and internal departments, you'll support the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with the delivery of refurbishment, fit out, maintenance and construction projects. Supporting the preparation and review of quotations, project costs and variations. Helping to plan programmes and coordinate labour, subcontractors, suppliers and materials. Attending site meetings and assisting with project reporting and progress updates. Building positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors and colleagues. Supporting site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard. Monitoring project costs, programmes and commercial performance. Assisting with project documentation, health and safety requirements and quality control. Taking on greater responsibility as your knowledge and experience develop. What We're Looking For This role would suit an ambitious Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Site Supervisor or construction professional who is ready to progress into project management. You'll ideally have: One to two years' experience within construction, refurbishment, fit out, maintenance or a related environment. Some understanding of construction processes and project delivery. Fit out or internal packages experience would be beneficial, although it is not essential. Strong communication and organisational skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility. The confidence to work with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams. A genuine hunger to learn, develop and progress within construction. A positive, team-focused personality and a practical approach to problem-solving. A full UK Driving Licence. You do not need to be the finished article.
