THE COMPANY: This company is a professional Building Services outfit providing a complete range of domestic and commercial services, including plumbing, mechanical and electrical works. With clientele within the commercial, industrial, retail and residential sectors, they have a strong reputation for quality and service they are well known throughout the UK and have seen unrivalled growth over the last few years. THE ROLE: As a Mechanical Services Manager, your role will require you to run up to three contracts with a value between 750K up to 5 Million. Representing the company in a senior role, you will take the contract from estimating stage through to final accounts. Working with the design team, you will arrange all site labour and also attend all client meetings and financially manage all of your accounts. With contracts based all over the UK, you will occasionally be expected to stay overnight. THE PERSON: The ideal Mechanical Services Manager will be plumbing and heating biased with a good level of experience in the mechanical services sector. Someone used to handling large accounts, capable of managing a team of sub contractors would be ideal. A candidate who wants to progress well will be given every opportunity possible to take on more responsibility and see their role grow within the company.
